We thoroughly explored the needs of Fiduagraria 's internal users to understand how to transform current processes into an agile experience with less operational burden. Thus, we implemented SmartCash Payments for fiduciary businesses and Botzio Backoffice for process automation. We were able to reduce the operational burden generated by payments and therefore improved customer response times, making us a more agile team. Physical documents were drastically reduced, as they were replaced by easily accessible information stored in the cloud. A positive change in Fiduagraria's internal processes that allowed them to focus even more on their clients through a 100% digital experience supported by SmartCash in AWS as a direct customer service channel .
