Context
The Universidad Nacional de Colombia seeks to develop higher education to its highest levels; to promote access and stimulate teaching, research, science, artistic creation and outreach. To achieve its goal, it developed a digital transformation that would allow it to deepen and broaden its impact, as well as improve the experience of its community in the relationship with administrative processes. The process of requesting payments from the National University of Colombia was done physically and manually, which could delay the entity' s payments by more than 5 days. The impact of the process was reflected in the entity's treasurers, as well as in external contractors.

How do we intervene?
An evolution of thefinancial services and customer service channels of the National University was carried out through a tool called Central de Pagos (Payment Central). This was developed with the best AWS content and security technologies such as Amazon EC2, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon WAF, Amazon Elastic Container Registry, among others. Through the Central, Virtual Treasury, Third Party Banking and Supplier Banking services are offered. In addition, an APP for executives with PIs has been created to enable management review of payment management. The tool has a high availability of data andmanagement of processnotifications to stakeholders. Giving the customer the confidence to continue their journey to the most complete cloud of Amazon Web Services.
